alloy wheels with holes in between the spokes

hi all when i was a kid in the 80's i had loads of bmx's but i had a 1 in particular that i built up from loads of different parts and the wheels on it had holes in between each spoke with coloured tape on the inside any 1 know what these wheels were called and give me a pic of them cheers

i think thode were made for mongoose (the high quality mongoose of the early 80's)
