The rubber band on me speedo has snapped! Where would i find such a thing?

Or do i ask a passing lady to give up one of her nylons as a quick fix.

I've only had this old road bicycle five minutes and i'm upto my neck in drama! :shock:

Emergency zip ties are your friend!!

If its the o-ring stylee like Sigma use, have a look in yer local harddware shoppe.

No the speedo is about 50 years old!!

The rubber band that connects the hub to the liitle wheel on the side of the speedo has snapped.

There's a specialist rubber supplier (not a sex shop, although there are a couple further down the road) in Reading, just down from me.

If you can't source one, post the old band to me and I'll get them to find a copy.
