Front Mechs

Shimano XTR FD-M952 34.9mm bottom pull: 112 g
Shimano XTR FD-M952 28.6mm bottom pull: 112 g

I have weighted quite a few M952, and they all seem to weigh 112 g +/- 1 g, regardless of the direction of the wire pull and diameter. Truly light stuff!

I think Beshroomed and Crossmax have the right idea by posting the weights along with the clamp size. Bigger clamps = presumably more weight, right?

That's what I thought, but having weighted the 28.6 and 34.9 mm FD-M952 bottom pull, they weight exactly the same (112 g). Weighting the larger diameter one, the scale actually flipped to 111 g for a moment, so it's probably even some tenths of a gram lighter than the smaller diameter!
