dunno where ive caught it from if it is a cold only outside contact ive seen in the past few days are my dad & sister and both are right as rain.
it may just be a 24hr thing, my sinuses are blocked giving me an almighty headache.
dont really ache anywhere just feel like crap coz i cant breath properly.
but ive got some cold remedies so i hope they help.

Should've ridden it like I did Rob.
We can do the route I was going to take just before Christmas. A bit of road, and familiar bits backwards, but some new stuff (general hardpack) to link things up. Not as good as the summer routes but it adds variety, and will be a reasonable route if the ground has been water-logged.
