Dura Ace, but wich year

Today on a fancyfair i found a lime 5-speed racer with only the lettres "TV" on the frame under the saddle, and with a Zeus headset, Shimano Crane rear derailleur and Dura Ace cranks.
Doe anybody knows the mark of the frame?
On the right Dura Ace crank stand SH (left=SA), with year of build is that?

A='76 ect. but i thought this is an older crankset.

The Shimano Crane rear der. is from juli 1974 (YH) (the precursor of Dura Ace).
