Scraping paint is very important to me in the Klein frames.
It is a painted hard to replicate, I know how easy they are painted and the finish is the same.
I paint the frames in synthetic paint, not water-based paint.

^^^Right, but isn't there a risk of scraping actual metal away from the tubes or the welds? Would a chemical stripper be safer for the frame for removing all the paint? Just being curious....

We've been through this before, it's the StarTREK way and to be honest with results like his who can complain :D

So about 4 days work in all from start to finish. Less than I thought tbh

the masks :
Here this, the facsimile to prepare mask.

What does ein mean in english please ?

There are countless threads about the one word.

It's like being down with the kids and saying "innit" at the end of every statement, innit.

As for scraping against stripper, Startrek turns out some awesome paint jobs so stick to the scraping buddy, the results speak for themselves.
