I had orange cables on mine BITD cheapy things from LBS almost pink, had to be done mind.

not sure on the middleburns might be better asking in the chat section, 113 for me but mine are shimano cranks.
Did think orange cables but will stay with the black for the time being- need to take some nice pictures and tidy up this thread as the old girl is practically finished.
