How plush are the Shivers by-the-way??!!
The most awsome forks I have ever used!!

Gc

You know what, very very plush thats how plush lol, I want to lighten up my Balfa a bit by maybe changing the wheelset etc but the shivers will stay, I know there are lighter forks about but they're just so plush. Would post a pic up of my bike but its a 2005 frame although it is no longer in production and the wheels are old school biguns laced to sun doublewides and got shivers on the front and a fizik cow seat so ha;f of the parts on it are retro lol

Haha lol, tis a small world how's it going?, I dunno basses, downhill bikes, retro bikes what else have we got in common, I didn't know you were into retro bikes

Eck/Enid - that "playground" is in West Lothian right? Any chance either of you could let me know whereabouts (or PM me if it's a secret)? Looks like a great spot to have a bit of a lark around on my bouncy bike.

And Enid - loving the Shivers! I've got a set of the single crown versions and they've got the best "feel" of any fork I've ever ridden. So smooth it's not real. So smooth in fact that I don't even mind how damn flexy they are!

I used to ride one of these, with the Goldtec 5.5 travel kit and junior T's, It rode well but was nick named the "farm yard gate" because it was soooo big.

I moved onto a Kona stab, blue one, cant remember the year, XXXL forks and hope brakes. It was such a nice bike to ride, would eat anything :)

Thats the bad lad :)
The XXXL forks were amazing, a little over kill though.
