Just a little plug for the Wednesday evening MTB race series that I help run.
Beastway has moved to Hainault country part after the 2012 drug abusers' sports day forced the closure of Eastway Cycle Circuit (bitter? me?)
We are holding races every Wednesday evening from now until July.
The courses will have a large (up to about 80%) woodland singletrack content and be a bit more "technical" than the old Eastway courses
It would be great to see some other retro bikes there. I'm "racing" on my early 90s Merlin.
If you can get there for about 3pm to help mark out the course, you get to race for free.
