Old Ned (Plus Anyone Else) Help Req!

I suspect Ned will know but anyone else your suggestions will be welcome!
Looks like I am going to need a 650C Tubular tyre rim. Ideally from early to mid 80's. Before I go to the 'Wanted' section I was wondering what my options are.

I have a set of Olympic Montreal rims so something to match up with one of those would be even more ideal!

e bay
they seem to have stocks of old sprint rims
