Avid Ultimate (canti) brake levers

the chap says they are both and I have had mixed opinions from Avid about these as I own a set and sets of the newer ones (current) too.
Haven't tried them with cantis, but have run both types with V brakes and can say that these ones are nowhere near as good with V's and are all spongy and feel like you are stretching the cable when braking - so I'd say they were the canti ones that were then adopted as the v ones and were pretty swiftly replaced by the more modern black ops ones that you can get today.
