Duathlon

Haggis mate, my knees wont let me run for the bus.
48 years of total abuse and I already have one knee cartillage removed/replaced/shimmed, and a tear on both on my other knee.
Afraid you can count me out of this but daresay we will still meet up for some extreme low impact shennanigans in the near future.
