you can get 11-28 XT cassettes from the woolyhatshop ebay store for about £24 posted, or if you're less fussy a SRAM PG850 which weights about the same for £13 posted - I've just got the XT one and it was all fine and in original packaging

Woolyhat shop seems pretty cool for 8 speed.
You can also still got 8 speed xt/ xtr cassettes new from Madison too - got an 8 XTR on my mine now
