Hmmmmm......noodles have Paul Brodie written all over them, head tube cable stops says RM.....my guess is a 1991 Rocky Mountain, TIG'd steel so maybe a Blizzard or a Fusion :?:

Chas is a fillet brazing sort of chap, that's TIG welded. Though I'm ready to be proved wrong.

I've seen that cable routing before, can't think where though.
