Have added some comments on the feedback thread. My experience of buying from Jimzano recently had a happier outcome - it's important to have balance in these things I feel.

I too received by goods on 24th, yes they took 3 weeks from payment, and no I didn't get a reply to my enquiry on 16th, but hey, it's only some brake levers and I have them now. Hope things are now back on track for you...Cheers...Nick
