LX brakeset was giving me all sorts of arsenal's to set up so is being put up for sale on trade me later tonight. Replacing the LX U is a tektro unit which is a breeze to get the tension correct on, and up front is a set of canti's which possible came off the 24" wheeled MTB I got for my neice (she will be getting V's) they seem to stop ok so far...
To be honest I kind of like the slimline tektro U compared to the chunky shimano one.
