Looks like a fun day. Nice autumnal pics too.

It was bar the spill. The place is really growing on me, lots more visits planned.

Must have cracked my skull a cracker, didn't feel anything at the time but the next day the base of my skull and neck were killing me, still a bit sore today.

Aye, I reckon I'll be a regular visitor myself.

Its just over 70 miles for me, but it's mostly motorway and then 15 miles of the fantastic A702 - utterly deserted twisty fast A-road in great condition, it was a superb drive. I think on a good day without getting stuck in the morning rush hour, it would take about 1h10m - Its about 25 miles further away for me than Glentress, but there's not that much difference in time to drive.

yeah agree is a great trail, pretty demanding in parts but you really appreciate it after the event, would like gears next time.

Come better weather and I'll be back also as the 60 mile journey for me can be done mainly on minor A and B roads. Cracking motorbike roads, as much fun as the mtb'ing at the Drum itself.
