one off my local shops use to sell these, cheap alloy frame, my mate bought one and the blue parts were bonded and it came apart!

they had some with easton decals all over them aswell.

the M trax were seamed ti (which is normally no bad thing) but the finishing was awful. had a friend who attempted to polish his, but it looked awful & he ended up getting it resprayed.

I do remember they made a glue-tube frame

Orbit also dabbled in this area but I think they had wishbones
 
On the Mtrax/Dynatech ones there is a bolted joint on the rear upper stays behind the seat tube.

Just my tuppence worth.
