Tommasini Super Prestige

Bought the frame on eBay in March, perfect apart from a couple of small chips. I emailed Tommasini and they told me it was made in December 1988 and the colour scheme is Retinato Celeste.

Shifters are Daytona
Mechs and brakes are Centaur
Cranks are Chorus
Wheels are Hope hubs with Ambrosio Excellight rims
Veloflex Pave tyres

Since the photo I've changed the bars to some Cinelli Giro D'Italia and put on a slightly longer stem.

Old steel definitely cuts it in the mountains, but I'm not sure I do.

Very nice, and what a fantastic back drop :D

The paint looks great, any chance of some close ups of the frame details?

.

Not factory spec for sure....

But a very respectful and tasteful build without sacrificing the overall looks to get modern performance. Nice.

I know we are flat, but I never knew Wimbledon was that hilly

Great bike, great scenery

Agreed.

Beautiful frame and beautiful photo!

Agree

Absolutely stunning!
The scenery and bike compliment each other perfectly.
Lucky man!

Thanks for the kind words, it's my pride and joy.

It's hard enough getting hold of any alloy Campagnolo kit these days, so I went for the 2009 centaur mechs, with older brakes and levers. Non-comact alloy chainsets are very easy to get hold of, so I treated myself to Chorus.

I took the photo on the way up the Galibier in July. It's a great excuse to stop!

I'll take some close up photos when I can get outside on a nice day.
