Ah well. Guessed it was a SBDU frame but wasn't clear how to distinguish the better replica frames from the poorer ones. Lug work looks ok, pretty mediocre bits though...

Indeed the other big clue for me was the lack of a gear hanger on the dropout for that era I would expect there to be one on a quality frame.

Still £50 is better value than a lot of others of similar quality I've seen on the Bay lately. I remember dumping bikes like these BITD!
