If it was an FL4 it would be a 1994 built Nail Trail, but FM5 is the 1995 built Nail trail
Now FK4 was Rocky Ridge '94 built so my guess is FL5 is a 1995 built Rocky Ridge.
(p.s. not just a wild guess but based on how the number seem to go at the time from previous posts)
The White Industries components is consistent with 1995, so are the decal if they are Black for a 1995 Rocky Ridge.
