Hi all new here and was advised to join after a visit to bike pro this morning.
I have a 1997/8 Scott comp racing MTB with the original Deore LX 8spd Groupset.
Kore light stem, Club roost bars, Avid levers etc.
I have the Original Z1 Alloy bombers with dual disc mount.
I have bought the 2010 Tech V2 disc brake and have only just realised disc mounts on the forks are none IS at 49 mm not 51mm.and holes are clearance for M5 not M6. I have sent the IS to post mount bracket to have the holes reduced to M5 fixings from M6 and have the one hole moved to give 49mm. fortunately i work in engineering so should be back by Tuesday.
Is there any other issues i may have??
