You mean you gave him money for a bike with a withered tube and red cable outers? You're too generous.

Nice find. I like everything but the saddle and outers, and I guess the outers might be original so they've got to stay. That'll polish up pretty damn good.

Saddle has already been replaced with a Ti Turbomatic - tires are now Smoke and Dart (yeah, yeah, I know it's an '88 bike). Outers will stay for just the reason you give.
