I'm praying for a failure, straight to the pub!

Just been out on a 3 1/2 hr run over pretty easy fireroads and river paths and I'm foaked, will someone arrange for my body to be sent back home after the race- might need to take some more food, might be gone a while :LOL:

What use is a spare bike unless the first one breaks at the start?
