I still use a 24" rear wheel : First, I'm small taller (160 cm) and, on other hand, I ride sometime with classic 26x26" wheels bikes. The 26x24" is more funny, with a good grip for climbing and feelings near a BMX. Bigs wheels are not so dynamics…
I think, the 29'er is a good solution for giants
The wheel diameter has to be proportionnal to the size of the biker !
