I assume when you say 1" you're referring to the steerer clamp.

I don't have a stem under 100mm but I do have a 1-1/8" to 1" shim for exactly that purpose. Then you can run a 1-1/8" stem.

the ITM is an ahead stem though sorry I didn't make that clear (that model is only ahead anyways)

1" stem

Got a silver slightly textured sterling series. it is 100mm though £10 posted, hardly or never used.
