Looks like Pepita Special

I googled for the ad. It is this one, no?
http://www.friday-ad.co.uk/AdRef/YI933I ... etails.asp

The picture in the ad is fuzzy but I can make out the word "Pepita".
Many Crescent models have borne the Pepita name but going by the picture it is the Crescent Super Continental aka. the Pepita Special racer, model no 92320. Made from the early 60's up to the late 70's or early 80's. 531 tubing, Campagnolo throughout except brakes that were Mafac.

I haven't got the foggiest what "poiron" is :?:

bike

yeah, that one..thought i might go for it if it was worthwhile..perhaps i'll have a look tomorrow..presuming it is still available!!

Bicycling Magazine did a road test of it in issue 04-1973. Someone has been kind enough to scan that and upload.

The picture in the ad is from the 1970 catalogue:

*The Fåglum (Pettersson) brothers that won three team time trial world champion titles in 1967-1969
and the silver medal in the 1968 Summer Olympics on this bike.
