With my new Spooky 'Supertouch' CX frame due to land tomorrow sometime I've been fettling and sorting bits and pieces for it. Yes, I know it's quite a mix and match, and yes it is quite deliberate.... hence the name 'the bastard child'

Classic Spooky blue, I'm really chuffed with it.

A quick build later and it's come on a treat:

Still not sure about running drops 'cos of my back, but we'll see how it goes. Waiting for the King headset to land plus front and rear brake cable hangers, then it'll be a good old fettle to get everything working and ship shape.

Cannae wait to get out on the wee blighter

*Excited*

rare that dedicated cyclo-x frames have any bottle boss mounts.

A-huh, I asked very nicely for them to be added plus Crud Catcher mounts too, this is wet 'n windy Blighty afterall!

Looking good Lee! those new decals are pretty fantastic. I've been commuting on mine for the past 5 or so years and loving it. Don't fret about the drops, they will only laugh for a minute until they can't see anything but your dust!
