I think i can just scrape under the £150 limit, £75 for the bike, £50 repsray, plus some other bits.
One slight problem, its not mine anymore :?
Feel free to discount it

1994 Kona AA - Most bits swapped with Dave for the Explosif a few posts above, money spent about £8 on cables I think, rest was from the shed buckets... now mu ride to the station.

I want to nominate Charlie the bike monger's '86 Raleigh 'Crested Butte', but I don't have a pic of it!

Hmmm... no, I won't feel too guilty about submitting my own bike here too - can't see many people thinking I'm showing off too much! :) 'bout £67 all in I think.

The mongers Raleigh Great Crested Newt or whatever can be seen here.

I submit this Ibis Avion. NOS 400000 lire, which is 135 pounds more or less. Bars saddle and flexstem are not the original stuff that used to be on the bike, but my girlfriend wanted to be more comfy.

Hi Nove,

With proper bars it could even be entered in regular BOTM, but now....

Good luck :!:

I have no chance with some of the cracking entries here but as I'm never going to be in a position for the regular BOTM I'll stick in my ex-Kona Kileaua, cost slightly more than £150 but less than £150 in the build shown.

I know, terribly ugly, but my girlfriend actually uses it and I was not in the mood of putting the original Specy bar, Ibis stem and specy saddle back only to take a pic.... Lazy guy...

Okay, you can vote now.

Interesting edition. It seems none of the bikes is 'pampered'. Maybe it is more blue collar vs white collor :?

Of the small builders it is steel vs aluminium.
