Don't know if anyones interested but found a N.O.S Xtr/dura-ace 8speed chain rummaging round the shop the other day.The code on the chain says CN-7401 which i believe is a 8speed Xtr/Dura-ace chain no longer in production! It is out of the plastic packet and in a later 9speed box(?)!! It still has that horrid tacky oil Shimano use when packing there chains and is not used.One small problem i found was it only has 104 links so might be limited on some gear systems(singlespeed might be alright though?). Offers? Max
