Those guys are the Berkeley Trailers Union, who along with the Morrow Dirt Club and the Marin Klunkerz, were riding off-road in the'70s in the SF Bay Area.
When we started racing at Repack, they found out about it and showed up within a month of our first race. If you check for other films by the same contributor on YouTube, he has a tribute to the BTU.
