Paintwork looks original and is in pretty good condition for it's age. It isn't perfect though and has some chips/scrapes and the like.
Nice detailing on the frame like wrap over seat stays, fancy cut out lugs, chrome headlugs etc.
Simplex rear derailleur, Nervar cottered cranks, Cinelli Unicantor saddle, GB stem and bars, Weinmann mudguards, type 750 brakes, and levers. Archer rear hub (can't make out the front one but it is German) on chrome steel 27in rims. Missing front derailleur.
Nice project and with a little effort could be really nice.
