Looks very very similar to my SuperCaliber: http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33875
Specs for this era Fisher can be found on the Mombat/FirstFlight bikes site: http://mombat.org/Fisher_Specs.htm. The style of the decals and the paint colour make it look like it's a '91 model like mine.
Build it up and enjoy - also my BB is a press-fit type, not sure if yours is too. If so bearings are easy enough to find at any bearing shop if yours are nackered.
