WTD: cheap, small but smart rigid MTB frame & forks

Have removed so many perfectly working parts from my bike that it occurred to me that I have enough bits to build a bike for the missus. So am after something cheap (<£60), small (16" ish) ideally old but smart cosmetic condition. Female-specific frame considered. Frame and forks wanted (although headset/stem/bars wouldn't go amiss). Needs to be 31.8mm seat tube so I can re-use front derailleur and ideally 1" threaded headset (or with headset/stem if not 1").
Central southern england so I can collect. What have you got clogging up your garage?

got a blue merlin (ormskirk) alloy frame and RST sus forks.Size is 14 inch, with seatpost, clamp and maybe a BB(will search for it) and matching blue crud catchers.Used for about 3 months to see if the wife liked biking. She did,so its not done much after the arrival of a Santa Cruz Julianna.I could let it go for £60 if you want it.
