Well I missed the boat this month but for those who are curious, this is how the Boulder finished up....

Oh well, next time maybe?

Si

If it's any consolation, or would it be more upsetting :? … if you had a chance to enter the boulder, it may have swayed my vote!

If anyone is interested, there is a Breezer JUST like that one in a local pawn shop here for $300 - PM me and I just might get if for you. :)

I've voted purely on aesthetics.
Clean lines, functionality, and aggressive looks do it for me.
I voted Daj's RTS.

Was going to go for one of the Treks as I remember thinking how ace they looked BITD in the ads in MBUK (that, and they remind me a little of my 5  ) but decided on Jerkys Pace in the end. I love how it looks like so much work has gone into the design and I've obviously got to side with my Yorkshire chums! :D

stew-b's Amp B2

Nice clean lines for a full suspension bike, just how it should be :)

Sorry but, some of the others are just plain ugly

Won't name & shame tho' that'd just be mean ;)

The super clean AMP got my vote.
I think it was the first design that everyone agreed worked (even if the forks didn't) and todays XC bikes just use variations of the design.

We are missing a Boulder and an Allsop.

It took me an age to choose, but opted for the turner as it is the bike I would most like to own (apart from mine) and probably one of the most useable too.

The Ironhorse popular choice does nothing for me, although the Amp and Manitou are nice. Tough month as the FS group will always bring out the spectrum from the likes of the Bradbury Manitou to the likes of the RC500 and every other oddball in between. And being a retro site, there is no supprise for me that its the older style bikes taking the majority of the vote.

(Still no idea wht any one would vote for a GT tho :p )
