I am quite liking all things from the big S at the moment, so lets see what you lot have built ;)

I have just started building my S-Works M2, so for now here is my 89 steel Stumpjumper.

it is not exactly retro,but i have an 08 s works stumpy carbon hardtail,running 06 kit from an fsr stumpy comp(inc a fox float 120 rl fork)it does ride great though!!!unfortunately i do not have a camera to take a photo of it.apologies!!!p.s i did used to own a stumpjumper m2 purple/green with direct drive fork and first gen xtr. 1993 i think?
 
I like Specialized's stuff too (just ordered a new S-Works 2D helmet).
I've been riding Specializeds since 2003 now.

Jango is that not a later model?

I don't think so.......although the memory isn't what it once was :LOL:

I bought the frameset, with the FSX forks, ex-demo around that time.........I think the '97 came with Manitou SXti forks IIRC.

Can I date it from the frame number?
