Impulse buy, Easter 1998 in Guernsey when there for Powerman Duathlon. 10% off for race weekend & no VAT.
Now ditched the tri-bars, aero shifters, deep rim wheels etc & have nice lowish 38/49 with 12-27 gearing. Mix of Ultegra & Dura-Ace, Hope Ultralite front hub, crazy expensive (£120 as I recall) WR Compositi quill stem.
Still on original brake blocks!

know what you mean, I'm torn, it's the original post but a round carbon one might look nicer - save 50 grams too!
The photo looked much better before I had to re-size it for the website.
