C Chipps Dirt Disciple Mar 14, 2007 #32 You probably know this, but if a Ritchey is a fully fillet brazed frame, then it was 100% made by Tom. If it's TIG welded, then it'll have been welded in Japan and finished by Tom in the States, where he brazed on all the seat/chainstay bridges.
