Old Peugeots I'm used to. The solution to my Saracen was a shim. And now I noted that the post on my Freecycle Dawes Sterling was looking a little rusty, it's also right on the height limit, so I thought it could do with swapping. A quick inspection and it turns out to be 26.2mm. How do I do it?
