Posted before, but since it was its 25th birthday yesterday (got the frame from Italy on July 11, 1984), I celebrated by giving it some spit and polish and a pair of Delta brakes :)

The knurled cable adjuster and the three grooves on the cover lock tell us that this is a second generation Delta.

Shifter and brake cables are routed inside the frame tubes.

Happy Birthday!

You still look like a newborn ;)
Really lovely, like most posted lately the beauty is in the detail. From the brake covers to the pump it really classy.

Oh my

Once again something really quite special in the new road bike section.

Where on earth did you find those panto'd deltas?

Interesting to see you've gone for modolo aero levers rather than the Campag ones.

They found me. I'm hosting my bike pictures on Flickr and the seller is a member there too. He had noticed my bike and sent me a PM about his auction on eBay France, since he thought I might be interested.;)

The levers have been on the bike since the very beginning. They are actually a couple of years older than the bike itself. I'm not sure if there were any Campagnolo aero levers to be had at that time.
