Pantographing. Good or Bad?

It's a bit like anodised stuff...a little is classy, too much is just revolting.

Most Italian companies who did it use nice classy lettering, which really works. I just think it conveys Italiano pride and flair, and seems appropriate. (esp. where Super Record's involved..)

Some Italiano pride and flair for you then, complete with Super Records. Pantographing on stem, seat tube and chainwheel. The headbadge is also engraved. The bike - a Chesini X-Uno - turned 25 just the other week.

I'd very much agree with this, looks ok on a stem but reckon on anything else it can look a little bit too 'full on'. Mevin's black Zieleman with the pantographed stem is a very, very good example of how the stem really adds to the build.

I think it can make a special bike a very special bike.

But i would say that as i have these little items,

They have not been fitted yet as iam waiting until i can find a matching seat post
