He was being a bit disingenuous with the description, it was made by James at Black Sheep Bikes for his brother. I brought it from him a couple of years ago, and since then it's been on eBay no less than 4 times - it seems to get a new owner every 3-6 months. Interestingly it always seems to fetch about the same sort of money.
It wasn't a bad-riding frame, and it was certainly a good buy at that price, but it's huge (23" centre-top) and hence the market was limited, and it was built with heavy-gauge tubing for a larger rider.
