Spenco! New tape needed I think!

I cant believe it was 2009 when I bought this bike and have been massively distracted by my other racer for most of 2010 as well as a house purchase and a lovely baby boy, George.

I thought I would put another update up as I would like to finish the bike by at least the end of the year!

After the bike was purchased I rode it for a while and then ditched the awful Modolo brakes and stripped most of the bike down in order to send it to Mercian for a respray, which didn't happen!

This is where I sit now, I appreciate any advice and ideas etc.

Please exuse the photos I have no good lighting at the moment!

Skewers!

As you can see some of these compnents need a good clean up, I will be test fitting shortly and uploading a pic.
I also have Cinelli bar and stem and campy gear cables.

On the need list:

Seat
Campag brakes w/levers and cables
Campag headset
BB
Tubs
Tub glue/tape
Screw on cassette
Chain
Pedals
Bar tape

I think thats it!

P.S There is some solid old Tub tape on the Mavic rims any ideas on how to get it off??

I loved the look of the calipers as well that is why I bought them in the first place, unfortunately they didn't function very well! The levers were plastic which made the braking quite interesting!

Anyone know where I can get some from and what is the correct terminology for them?
I have almost cleaned up the wheels also but will post pics when I have the freewheel/Tubs on them.

Thanks for looking!
