Here is my new toy, a mint 1993 Kona Lava Dome, 20" frame and completely original apart from the grips. After parting with my mint Marin Pine Mountain, which was too small I invested the cash into this. Love the classic Kona ride and feel and my favourite Kona year too!

It's funny how Kona were already using blackwall tyres back in '93. But you've got a cracking bike there, MouseMat.

Off topic: I couldn't quite believe that a manufacturer would call one of their models "Handjob", until I checked out Cove Bikes website and saw the names given to other models in their range. :shock:
 
1993 has got to be the best year of kona bikes. love them and love your example
 
So it was you Phil! My mate was gutted he missed this on ebay the other week.

93' is the best Kona year by a mile, you've bagged a great bike there.

Well you never know, it's currently feeding my Kona habit but if I ever find the Teesdale Hot I long for then I'll let you know. ;)
