Wrong!
Frame is made in August 1992. It's technically a 1993 model.

yeah...that '0892' in the serial number is a bit of a give-away!

The fork make me going in the wrong way…

Sweet frame !
I prefer it with the steel fork and the control tech stem with the cable hanger…

I had doubts because I thought the serial there was also the frame size

Decal measurement : 9.8cm 2 cm (approximately :mrgreen: sorry centimeter... )

great build up. I love the stem: exact perfect proportion to frame size. one of the best most sensible builds in this board.

psssst... kleins don't usually mate well w/ bar ends but that's a minor: if you liek them use them.

Yes
This is in italics so I took the bottom of the P to the maximum width
