Back in the UK after a weeks intensive carbo loading abroad

Arriving: Friday evening (if I can get out of work early)

Riding: A Parkpre, not sure which one yet

State of health: At least the sun tan is looking good
 
Arriving either late friday or early saturday morning - catching up with work today / tomorrow :(

Just got back yesterday from riding lands end to Dover - Excellent training!

Wearing mint sauce jersey


Can I please get my quota of laps done on the saturday as I have an unexpeected family commitment on Sunday ( fecking gutted!)

Riding the Raleigh wearing full Raleigh gear.

Feel fit after fully recovering from a kidney infection. Won't be drinking Friday though as i'll still be on anti biotics.
