Rear brake question

Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me what type of brake will fit the rear of my bike please? I have had a few suggestions (Thanks) but am still struggling. The bike is a 1999 Rotwild CC02. I have been off the MTB scene for about 9 years and have forgotten so much :(

those are just blanking bolts aren't they? Can't you just remove them, put posts in (your LBS should have these) and put canti's/v-brakes in?
 
the bolts are not even matching , by the look of it

someone definately removed the posts
