Most Cyclocross shops and internet sites sell them, like this one:

They are still standard equipement on cx bikes, which makes it odd that they make sooo much money on ebay when most of the guys are just selling $10 modern ones!

Thanks for that Pete, the only ones I had found up til now were in the US and they were the type that come with the clamp.

Wall hanger to show the dangers of UK weather and classic steel

Bung some parts bin parts on it and ride it into the ground

Cut it up and turn it into something else
