it does, on the back of the clamp (at least the one i've just recieved - i'll have a go at uploading a pic later)
to fit a 1-1/8 stem it does need the silver aluminium spacer so looks quite neat and you don't also have to use the noodle as the noodle holder is slotted - was a bit concerned about spending £12 on it when i could get a fork mounted one for £4, but is v.nice!
