you'll need the special threaded nipples that run through alloy washer widgets, around the kevlar strands, and really small bolts/nuts to fasten the disc to the (36 hole) hub, piece of cake then!
I have a brand new, still in box (except for the picture...) 32 hole one. Incl. carrying bag and all the small parts. I won't use it, so make me a decent offer, it won't go very cheap.
